WRENCHMATICS

This blog is dedicated to exposing the lies about creditwrench promoted by a debt collector's blog who calls himself "CREDITWRENCHSCAM" and is also known as "Enormis", "Enormis Debtor", "Uncle Normie" and any other false screen name he can think of.

WRENCHMATICS

The enormis deadbeat seems to have some misconception that how many languages the Wrench speaks or does not speak is of some importance. It isn't for the simple reason that with the possible exception of Spanish debt collectors only work in English.

If the problem is referred to a court for collection English is still going to be the language spoken in court as well in most places.

His arguments are nothing but pure foolish braying put out for the sole purpose of annoyance and defamation. His statements are indeed libelous. Nobody cares about them.

Here is his latest bit of jackassery.

CREDITWRENCH boasts that he is fluent in 8 different languages. However, when you add up all the languages he claims to be able to read and write, it comes to 9.

Seems that someone smart enough to be fluent in that many languages should be able to count up to 8.....or 9.

CREDITWRENCH claiming that he can read and write 8, or it is 9 languages, is false and misleading.

Actually it was an email from the chairman of the fantasy football league I'm in. I forgot to pay the $4.00 I owed for trades. Think I should dispute?

Statute of Limitations

The enormis idiot tries another cheap shot.

He says and I quote, " Statute of limitations

Regarding the statute of limitations on a debt, CREDITWRENCH has stated:

"Your credit card debt never expires.
That is quite true from a moral standpoint although not from a legal standpoint. If someone owes a debt then morally speaking the only way to extinguish the debt is to pay it. Everyone understands that.

While several things such as bankruptcy or expiration of the Statute of Limitations can eliminate the legal obligation to pay none of them eliminate the moral obligation to pay. The statute of limitations expires which means that it is no longer possible to file a judgement against you on the debt and win if the debtor is knowledgeable or has an attorney who is and files motion to dismiss using the Statute of Limitations. Just because someone does not make a full and complete statement on a forum or in a posting does not mean that he has told an untruth of any kind.

If we were to go into a long diatribe in every posting in order to preclude the possibility that someone might make light of anything that the poster said then all of the posts one made would have to be so long that nobody would read them.

Theft of images from other websites

Who said I don't understand what it says? You didn't understand it either.
The webpage you stole it from says very plainly what the english translation is.
If you think those images can't be traced back to where they came from think again.
Even if you steal it from somebody else's webpage the author's name, and a whole lot of other information is available
if you have the software to reduce it to it's individual frames and pixels.
Even the program that was used to produce it is available if you have the right software and I do have it.
You will never have the money to buy that kind of software because it sure isn't cheap.
And even if you did have the money it still wouldn't do you any good because you don't have the brains to learn how to use it.
If you want to steal somebody else's works you had best learn how to edit the image.

The reason I can't translate it is because it isn't all there.
Parts of it are missing because the image you stole from that other webpage has errors in it.
That's why you can't take it from the geocities.com/e-normis-debtor webpage you just opened up over there on geocities and get it to post over here.
If the image were correctly formed it would have shown up correctly on here.
You just got caught with another of your cheap-shot jackass tricks. Now you are getting so damnedly desperate that you are twisting things on your blog to make it sound bad.
I can see how you are desperately trying to figure out how to put up a webpage.
I could tell you how to do that but even with the best of instructors you would screw it all up.
Your efforts are pathetic indeed.

Your stumbling and bumbling around while trying to build a webpage is pathetic.

And what are you going to do with that stolen picture of Gomer Pyle, try to bad mouth him too?
That man was no fool, but he made millions of dollars acting like he was a fool and a dunce.
A whole lot of people still think he was a great actor and the show is still on TV today, still raking in big bucks.
While it is true that the show isn't on the major channels anymore it can often be seen on smaller cable channels.

You can't get anything right including what I say.
If you can't even do html coding then how do you expect to get your obfuscations of what I say seen by anybody but a few of your cronies around here?

Sis on you Pister, you ain't so muckin futch! Go in your own jackyard and backoff.

You and your stupid games!

CREDITWRENCH claims to speak 8 languages

What the jackass known as "Uncle Normie" does is to take anything Creditwrench says and try to build more so called "evidence" against Bill Bauer. Then if Bill Bauer don't respond in the way Jackass wants him to then he uses that as ammunition.

It is all Buffoonery using his blog to present his garbage ideas. I don't know what else anybody would or could expect from a debt collector. One of their common tricks is to accuse you of whatever they can think of and then put the onus on you to prove them wrong. It is the primary way that they end up in trouble with the law.

Normine illustrates the technique quite vividly. He posted the following

on a forum and of course came up with a blank because the image he stole is malformed and has errors. So it isn't all there. With parts missing nobody would be able to translate it back to English, read it with any accuracy or do anything with it. But that makes no difference at all to him. Here is what he claims.

Recently I presented CREDITWRENCH CEO Bill Bauer with a very common phrase in one of the languages the he claims to fluently speak, read, and write. Not only could he not translate the common phrase, he couldn't determine what language it was.

CREDITWRENCH claiming that he can read, write, and speak 8 different languages is false and misleading. Actually, it's very simply a big fucking lie.
