LOL! What is the "Special Situation?"
Well, first of all it isn't my debt. It is a debt belonging to a local Creditwrench student. He brought their initial contact letter to me about a month or so ago and asked me what to do about it and due to the special situation I mention I told him to just ignore it. Then, of course, as I predicted they sent the second one demanding payment so this is his response to the second letter.

Of course, in a sense, one could say it also constitutes a demand for validation although for me to say that does stretch things a long, long way.
