How the Wrench is able to survive

In the same thread that the Jackass blog pointed everyone to on www.collectionindustry.com
is the following post just below the ones he referred you to.

Wrench, one thing I don't understand is how you are able to survive and apparently prosper when so many people seem to hate you so much. I've also seen a lot of people singin you praises and bragging on how you have helped them. In fact, I've seen a lot more people praising you than I've seen ragging on you.

Then this morning I went over to that other website and here is what I found.

So it seems to me they don't understand what they read over there seeing as how they are talking about me and I never was one of your students and don't plan on becoming one either.

Looks like over there they don't mind calling this mensadisuter person a liar and most everybody else too.

What you posted above sure proves to me that you know a lot more about the different kinds of endorsements than they do.

We all seen more than enough of artofcredit here to make anybody sick of them.

So now we come to the question of why it is that Normie simply refuses to quit bullshitting by falsely representing that he knows anything about the things he keeps on yapping about.

We all know that nobody in his right mind would take so much time and expend so much energy if there were no ulterior motive behind it all.

Since we know that the jackass either owns or works for PCM Holdings it is easy to understand his motivation which is, as usual, PROFIT. We also know that Bud Hibbs and myself cut deeply into their profits by making it difficult if not impossible for them to collect from knowedgeable consumers it is to their distinct advantage to discredit the major players in the field of consumer education.

If we have a question about the motives of those attempting to discredit another we always need to follow the money trail and we will soon arrive at the answers. And now we know why this particular jackass will not cease his endless brayings.

CREDITWRENCH proves Normie wrong again

First we need a very short course on definitions so that we know exactly what was/is being discussed. First we look at the definition of ACCORD & SATISFACTION

The meaning of the term novation is here.

Next we go here and put in the term "Accord" and what we find is that ACCORD & SATISFACTION comes up and gives a reference to the term "NOVATION" so we go there and we find the same definition as above and a reference to "ACCORD & SATISFACTION" but nowhere do we find any separate term for the word "ACCORD" in legal definition so now we know that the supposed definition of the word "accord" as given by Normie is nothing more than false and misleading information as usual. Nothing but the mindless braying of a jackass.

Once again proving that Normie is a prevaricator whose word can be trusted for nothing at all. The rest of his braying is below if anyone is interested.

CREDITWRENCH and legal terms

In a discussion this past July, CREDITWRENCH CEO Bill Bauer stated "sometimes the accord and satisfaction is also known as a novation." Not at all true!

An accord is an agreement by parties bound to a contract to allow a change of performance required under the contract, but does not extinguish the original contract.

For example: Say you took out a loan of $3000 and agreed to repay it in monthly payments of $300. At a later point in time you are unable to pay $300, but you can pay $150. If the creditor
agrees now to take monthy payments of $150, that is an accord. If you continue to pay the $150 until the total amount payable is paid back, you then have satisfied the accord. Hence the term "accord and satisfaction".

An accord itself is an enforceable contract. And, if you fail to live up to the terms of the accord the creditor can choose to enforce either the original contract or the accord; it's their choice. However, as long as you live up to the terms of the accord, the original contract is not enforceable.

A novation, on the other hand, completely replaces and extinguishes an original agreement. If the terms of the new agreement aren't met, only the terms of the new agreement can be enforced. There is no way the orginal contract can ever be enforced once a novation takes place.

Uncle Normie appears to claim that he is giving up his fight to discredit CREDITWRENCH, Bud Hibbs and John Gliha in the following post on pcmholdings.com. We shall see if that be true or not over time. The possible truth is that he may very well be simply regrouping for another and possibly even more vicious attack in some other way. If he is sincere then he will prove that by taking down his blog. If it remains or we find other reports or attacks on the internet then we will simply have to deal with those when and if they arise.

Quite frankly I am skeptical about the sincerity of his post below since everything else he has claimed has proven to be false so why would I believe the current statement absent proof of the intentions?
