This blog is dedicated to exposing the lies about creditwrench promoted by a debt collector's blog who calls himself "CREDITWRENCHSCAM" and is also known as "Enormis", "Enormis Debtor", "Uncle Normie" and any other false screen name he can think of.

He is a dirtbag debt collector so what else would one expect? He haunts various and sundry message forums where fellow debt collectors hang out and joke and gab about their prowess in defeating deadbeats and brag about how much money they make doing it.

Those of us who have ever had any dealings with debt collectors know they can't be trusted to do anything, are lawbreakers and generally people of ill repute to say the least.

So it is no wonder that he attacks Creditwrench because Creditwrench is easily the most knowledgeable person on the internet or off of it when it comes to beating up on debt collectors. He is a real menace to the debt collection industry and the debt collectors know that and they quite naturally hate him for it. You would too if you were in the debt collection business and you found out that Creditwrench had tought people how to beat up on debt collectors as badly as Creditwrench teaches people how to do. Creditwrench is by far the best there is at what he does. And he does it without using any credit repair tactics at all.

The only thing that this braying jackass can figure out to do in order to try to put a stop to Creditwrench is to do whatever he can to discredit Creditwrench.

Judgment vacated with prejudice?

No such legal principle exists as vacating a judgment with prejudice. However, CREDITWRENCH has stated that it does.

When a judgment is vacated, the case is simply reopened. And, futher litigation is allowed to proceed. Just because a judgment is vacated, does not stop another judgment from being rendered in the same case, regardless of the reason the prior judgment was vacated.

CREDITWRENCH stating that a judgment can be vacated with prejudice is false and misleading.

The problem with what the jackass claims is that the only difference is that one way the plaintiff could file again and with prejudice the plaintiff could not refile. Once the judgment has been vacated very few plaintiffs ever refile their cases. In some situations they won't because the Statute of Limitations has run it's course.

As usual, debt collectors just gotta spout off about a bunch of crap.
