More attempts to obfuscate and pettifog.

In his attempt to distance himself from his stated position that RICO violations are a viable cause of action against collection agencies, CREDITWRENCH CEO, Billie Bauer provides this link to support his standing that RICO charges are not a cause of action.

However, if you read the entire thread, there is nothing posted by the username of creditwrench.

Hoping that no one would actually read the thread in its entirety, and realize his registered username of creditwrench appears nowhere in the thread, CREDITWRENCH CEO Bill Bauer once again posted false and misleading information.

If you will but read further down in that link, The poster calling himself "Butch" whose post is below correctly identified me as being the poster named "HOGWASH".

Butch's link leads back to a posting on my old message board which has now been pruned from the board due to space and time limitations but that is how he correctly identified me.

Another post I made on creditnet under the screen name of "hogwash" is the following which also proves that "uncle normie" is a liar is the following.

I did tell the truth back then when I stated that the IP 66.137.164.145 belongs to the State of Oklahoma. What I did not say was that it is in use by the patients computer access facility at the VA Hospital in Oklahoma City.

The bottom line is that criminals, liars, cheats, thieves and con artists hide behind fake screen names, proxy servers and other schemes and artifices and will not tell you who they are. They will not post their contact information plainly so that they can be contacted. All honest and reliable companies on the internet or on the streets give you their full contact information and do not attempt to hide from anyone. If they will not give you their contact information they are obviously trying to hide something and are likely to give false information or lead you into schemes and traps designed to bilk you out of your money. Their words have no guarantee behind them and they will not back up anything they have to say with anything but more of the same. If they will not give you any contact information they are to be feared and distrusted. That is just common sense on or off the internet.

If the enormis braying jackass is an honest and reputable person then let him prove it by putting up honest and correct contact information. If he won't do that then nothing he says should be considered reliable. That's just plain common sense.

Now that conclusive evidence has been given regarding CREDITWRENCH'S lack of understanding of the FDCPA and other matters, I will next delve into advice he is currently giving on his new message board. For the next day or two I will leisurely browse around it, save some posts, then give some insight into the inaccuracies being posted there.

There is nothing more to be exposed except who this person is. He who will not post his true name and contact information is nothing but a braying jackass who is not to be trusted in anything he says. If he will not come forward and reveal his identity but continues to hide behind anything he can then he is nothing but a criminal who cannot be trusted.
