Destroying business records

Destroying business records

In soliciting a student, CREDITWRENCH CEO Bill Bauer made the following statement:

We will get your order to you the fastest way possible.
And no, we will not give out your personal information to ANYBODY FOR ANY
REASON.
In fact, once you get your CREDITWRENCH from us, if you will send
us an e-mail, let us know that you received it, we will destroy any and all
records of your purchase so that it can never be found by anyone".

Legitimate businesses do not destroy business records in this manner.
Proper destruction of old business records is a necessary function of both government and business and those who fail to protect the privacy of others is begging for trouble.

Other 'good' advice given by the jackass is below.

Wow, how did he arrange for only the stock he purchased to be up? Unless, of course, he is the only shareholder.

When trying to impress people, stick with something you know: Nothing.

What's missing? AJ, at a tender young age of ahmmm, is a successful businessman. Stiff, who will turn 27 this year, is still jumping between jobs at cavalry and the late shift at McDonald's. And, thinks 48k per year is the equivalent of an NBA star. Stiff, can you spell L-O-S-E-R?
