Uncle Normie exposed.

Uncle Normie Exposed

Why would anyone go to the extreme lengths that the Enormis braying jackass go to in trying to put down a reputable business on the internet or off?

If one wishes to analyze such antics in a logical fashion one must always follow the money trail. So what does the money trail tell us about this ongoing buffoonery?

1. Enormis might be a compliance officer working for some large collection agency. In that capacity it would be to his advantage to be able to illustrate how he treats those whom he believes are likely to present a serious and ongoing threat to those he trains.
He has to show how smart he is in order to get the respect of those whom he attempts to teach.

2. Enormis might be a Creditwrench competitor running some credit repair scam at the present time and by showing his supposedly superior knowledge he hopes to attract business.

3. Enormis might be contemplating starting such a business for himself in the near future.

Of the 3 scenarios, we have to pick the one that seems the most likely and in doing so we must pick on some of his posts that might be revealing. I'll choose the following posts on a debt collector's message forum to illustrate what he seems most likely to be trying to accomplish. You be the judge. I really don't care what his motives are, his methods are indeed despicable.

First of all, a poster calling himself "bird" comes up with this bit of inanity. It is part of a whole encyclopedia of garbage which include the ludicrous "strawman" argument and many, many more which claim that lenders are defrauding consumers. That is, of course, absolute rubbish against which I have always railed. Here is his post.

I was lent no money nor did I borrow any funds! I was lent credit, credit is not theirs to lend!

Out of a clear blue sky with no background reason the braying jackass comes up with this bit of nonsense.

Bird, you should consider going into business with the wrench since you both have such insane ideas of how the world works. Your motto could be "birds of a feather, socket to business together"

Out of a clear blue sky, the enormis jackass just has to come up with some reference to creditwrench. No reason whatever to link creditwrench to the bird.

He also loves to slam another person who is a respected author and trains debt collection people in compliance matters.

You're right on Roy. All form and no substance, so typical of their writing staff.

Next week Lindala will probably right an article on it, starting off with how when his dad was a collector they did this all the time. Going on to state how he is qualified to write about it because he once locked himself in a bathroom stall at an ACA training seminar.

So much dribble.

Next he comes up with this one which would tend to indicate that he is not attempting to train anyone or tell any of the debt collectors that he is on their side.

Hmmm, companies conspiring together to benefit their respective bottom lines at consumers expense. Sounds like fair trade practice violations in the offing. Can you say "class action suit"?

That post would never have been made by anyone actually connected to the collection industry on a collection industry message forum because most of those posting there know one another and who each one works for. If he worked in the collection industry someone on the board would know him and know where he works but nobody seems to have a clue about that. So it pretty well leaves only one conclusion that can be drawn and that is that this scumbag is either a competitor or hopes to become one.

The antics he is employing is just about the lowest form of competition anyone can possibly employ against a competitor. I think that just about sums up what anyone needs to know about this low-life clown.

Looking for work.

Creditwrench tells it like it is.

I say that one should not associate themselves with collection agencies for any reason whatever. They are complete scumbags and your association with them won't do any future career any good. On top of that you can be sued personally while in the employment of a collection agency if you break any law whatever and you had best not rely on them to teach you what you need to know about the law.. You will get a short course if you are lucky but even making a single phone call to a knowledgeable debtor can get you personally sued for huge damage awards. The reason that could happen is that any violation of FDCPA or any one of several other laws committed by you can get you sued. They don't tell you that. Play it safe and go flip hamburgers or something rather than take a chance of getting yourself in deep, deep legal problems. And if you do get into trouble don't exect them to bail you out any more than if you were driving one of their company cars and was caught speeding or committing any other traffic offense. You broke the law so you pay, not them.

Stay away from the scumbags.
