Paisola vs. E. Normis Debtor -War of the Blogs

Paisola vs. E. Normis Debtor

War of the Blogs

The battle of the blogs between the Thief-in-Chief of Western Capital Management seems to be dying down a bit with E. Normis Debtor the obvious loser. The Thief-in-Chief has rained blow after blow on poor Normie who has apparently fled the scene.

Normie does that from time to time and posts less and less as he wearies of the fray and then gives it up altogether but never admits defeat. Like the energizer bunny, he just keeps on going and going and going.

The Paisola-Pachealthcare battle rages on

The Paisola-Pachealthcare battle rages on

I see that the battle between Robert Paisola and Ryan Evans of Pachealthcare systems rages on.

Evans just escalated the flame war even more by registering yet another ripoff name My-collector.com. Robert Paisola reveals all

That should put Paisola into a frothing at the mouth rage for sure. It is obvious that E. Normis is learning some of my tricks but he has an awful long way to go before he even begins to catch up to me. Paisola or some unknown 3rd party has also been fighting back hard.

E.Normis started the latest round in his incessant flame wars by finding a spam ridden board and using another fake name he posted a flame message then sped over to his stolen blog and posted a message claiming that he had found this new message board which proclaimed that Paisola is an ex sex offender. Of course, that is old news that nobody except Ryan Evans who runs a competing collection agency called Pacific Health Care in Fullerton , California would even care about. It appears that the whole ruckus is nothing more than two debt collectors fighting over the business. At least that is what appears to be going on. They sure are going at it tooth and nail fashion.

Uncle Normie loses the war

Uncle Normie loses the war

Uncle Normie started a blog war with Western Capital Management CEO Robert Paisola a few days ago and Rob fought back with a vigor seldom seen on the internet.

Normie accused him of folding like a cheap suit but in the end it was Normie who folded like a cheap suit by shutting off his blog to public view. He simply couldn't stand the heat.

Rob may have made a few mistakes in his lifetime but he sure got this one right. Normie ran like a whipped pup.

He has now started and lost two wars. What will his next madcap adventure be? Only time will tell.

While offers of compensation are certainly appreciated, I must respectfully decline.

Among the reasons for declining is the fact that my internet persona is completely non-commercial in nature.

If I were to charge for what I do on the internet, I would essentially be in competition with the likes of Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola, et al, who charge for their advice on collection matters.

A nexus could then be drawn that my persona's use of domain names such as Western Capital-TheTruth was confusing and violated trademark laws.

Because I do not accept any fees for what I do, my endeavors are clearly noncommercial in nature, and, as a matter of law, beyond the scope of trademark laws.

Plus, deadbeats like Derek would never pay up anyway and I'd have to sue him

If you do insist on paying for advice, you might consider signing up for Western Capital CEO Robert Paisola's VIP program for $200.00
