CREDITWRENCH and CREDIT REPAIR

Creditwrench has never repaired anybody's credit.

Creditwrench is not in the business of credit repair. It's sole business is to sell educational material. Creditwrench has always maintained and publicly stated that the process of "credit repair" is so simple that anyone can do it without need of hiring any so called professional to do it for them. Creditwrench teaches that in the event a consumer feels that there is some erroneous information on one's credit report he should forget about all the junk form letters to be found on such crap havens as artofcredit, creditboards, creditnet and other such message boards where the stupid gather to "educate" the ignorant.

All that is needed is to get out a plain piece of paper and a pen and write a letter stating what you feel is wrong with the listing you are complaining about and send it off to the credit bureaus. Tricks, traps and artifices are not normally needed although persistance usually is. There is nothing at all difficult about credit repair and there is no need to spend money paying someone to do it for you.

This is in direct contrast to what has been posted on another forum which falsely claims that I am in the business of credit repair. Shame on you Dingleberry.

Creditwrench is nothing more than another credit repair service. Statements CREDITWRENCH CEO Bill Bauer may make to the contrary, he has extensively advertised his service as credit repair.

Why the contradiction? Most likely to keep himself out of hot water with the Oklahoma Attorney General. Because he does credit repair, CREDITWRENCH must comply with Federal Statute known as the Credit Repair Organizations Act and based on his website, he clearly does not comply.
