ICU812 has just posted in the CreditWrench forum of CreditWrench under the title of OCC and national banks.

You could call the OCC. They have an 800 number that will tell you that if a bank has the initials N.A. in it's name then it is a national bank. Meaning, of course, that citibank is a member.
