Default Want to sue NCO?
Greetings folks!

I am new to this forum, but you may have seen my posts on "My3Cents.com" regarding NCO. If not, please allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Steven Wickman. I am a consumer law attorney in San Diego, CA. My office prosecutes claims against collection agencies for various violations of state and federal law.

The name of one collection agency keeps popping up as a major violator of consumer rights. That name is NCO.

My office, in conjunction with the Law Office of Robert Arleo (New York), the Law Office of David Whalen (San Diego), and the Law Office of Elizabeth Arleo (San Diego) is pursuing NCO on a variety of fronts.

If you have been called in the past year by NCO, I would love to talk to you. I would be especially interested in hearing from consumers in Washington (state), California, Nevada, Massachusetts, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut, Delaware, Montana, or New Hampshire.

You may reach my office at (619) 291-7778 or email me at wickmanlaw@yahoo.com

Thank You. I will, as much as litigation strategy permits, post the outcome of our various lawsuits against NCO.

Regards,

Steven

Hello MikeJM:

Left a message on your answering machine and emailed a reply to your inquiry. Sorry if someone did not get back to you sooner. I had expected just a few replies to my original inquiry, but had probably over 100 within the course of a couple of months. I have now hired a law clerk (David Sloan) whose job is solely to make sure that all NCO contacts are replied to.

Those of you who would prefer to discuss your matter directly with me are welcome to call me on my cell at (619) 252-7079 (please just keep in mind that I am on PST, and 8:00 AM in New York is 5:00 AM here!) If you get my voice mail, it means that I am in court or otherwise detained. Please leave your name, phone number, and state that you are calling from. I will return your call within 24 hours.

Regards,

Steven

P.S. Thanks, Bill, for letting me post on here. As you all know, NCO is bad news, and Bill is one of the good guys!
